GROUPE LT, is recruiting a Junior F / M Controller.
Under the responsibility of the Administrative and Financial Director, your main missions are:
- Ensure the production of the Branch’s dashboards and activity reports, which he/she helps to develop to meet operational expectations;
- Analyze monthly results vs. Budget, Forecast and Last year;
- Monitor and comment on financial data (results and investments) and coordinate the analysis of performance at the level of the different companies of the group;
- Participate in the construction and analysis of budgets, rolling forecasts, and strategic plans in coordination with the different companies;
- Ensure the implementation of the tools necessary for the permanent monitoring of results: dashboards, procedures for collecting and transmitting information, information processing programs;
- Contribute to the formalization of the monthly reporting intended for the shareholder
- Assisting and advising the Management in the implementation of procedures and in the development of management and analysis tools;
- Ensure the consistency of reporting packages with dedicated IT tools;
- Ensure the evolution of the management system, in particular by proposing improvements
- Carry out the financial evaluation of expansion and acquisition investment projects, organize and monitor the profitability of these investments;
- Organize, lead and monitor the CAPEX process;
- Assist and advise the Finance Department in the implementation of acquisition audits
- Graduate of a Business School or a Master 2 with a minimum of 2 years of similar experience.
- Ability to synthesize, strategic vision, business parternship
- Proven ability to communicate with Group teams, support functions and operational staff
- Mastery of Excel (VBA, macros, t.d. analysis, ratio, graphs, …)
- Experience with multiple sites is appreciated
